Description & Use:
The Bead Drill Adaptor is a productivity tool used to center holes in beads
made using a core drill.
1) First, you drill about 2/3 of the way though your slab with a core drill.
2) Insert the drill adaptor into the groove. This allows you to find the
perfect center each and every time.
3) Drill just enough to mark the hole then remove the adaptor and continue
the drilling again but only up to about 2/3 of the way through.
4) After you have started as many beads as you want from a slab, complete
the core drilling as to release the bead(s) from the slab.
5) Turn the bead over and use the adaptor to find the center from the backside
(step#2).
6) Drill just enough to mark the hole then remove the adaptor and continue
the drilling again but this time go all the way through.
You end up having a perfectly centered hole without any chipping around
the edges time after time.
